Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of legal regulation and practice of applying measures to support creative industries at the regional level. As a result of the systematization of data for federal districts, both general trends (formation of a legislative framework, creation of schools of creative industries, infrastructure support) and significant differentiation of approaches depending on the economic and cultural specifics of the territories were identified. Based on the analysis, proposals are formulated to improve the support system, including empowering municipalities with appropriate powers and increasing the transparency of information on support measures.
