The problem of Determining the Legal Regime of a Subsoil Area of Anthropogenic Origin
Annotation
In the course of the relationship between a subsoil plot and a land plot as types of real es-tate, the problem of the lack of legislative recognition of such an object as a subsoil plot of anthro-pogenic origin, some properties of which are mentioned in the legislation on subsoil and judicial practice, has been identified. The study made it possible to formulate criteria that make it possible to delimit a subsoil plot of anthropogenic origin from a subsoil plot and a land plot, and therefore, based on the results of the work, it was concluded that it is necessary to establish a normative le-gal regime for the corresponding object. Based on the results of the work, specific additions to the norms of civil law and subsoil legislation were formulated and proposed in order to streamline relations regarding the extraction of minerals from subsoil waste.
