Relevant Issues of Jurisdiction over Cases and Materials When Substituting a Temporarily Absent Justice of the Peace
Annotation
In this article, the author examines in detail the existing problems of correctly determining the jurisdiction over cases and materials when substituting a temporarily absent justice of the peace. A detailed analysis of the regulatory framework governing the procedure for determining jurisdiction has been conducted. Attention is drawn to gaps in procedural legislation that determine the jurisdiction of cases heard by a substitute justice of the peace. Acceptable solutions are proposed, and conclusions and recommendations are set out in the conclusion of the work.
