Annotation
The purpose of this article is to comprehensively examine the new model for the division of marital property proposed by Bill No. 835938-7 and the problems associated with it. Particular attention is paid to the concept of a single asset, mechanisms for the distribution of indivisible objects, and measures to counteract unfair practices in the division of property.
