The article analyzes the problems associated with challenges, threats and risks that require protective measures in the regulatory legal field of the Russian Federation in relation to traditional values. The concept of tetrabasis of traditional values and a set of responses based on the contour of transformation are proposed, which is part of the system of protecting traditional values in the context of the strategy of national priorities.
