Inheritance Disputes in Proceedings Before a Justice of the Peace
Annotation
This work is devoted to certain issues of inheritance legal relations falling under the jurisdiction of a justice of the peace. Based on established judicial practice, procedural issues of including debts in the estate and the conditions for their acceptance by heirs are examined.
