Specifics of Legal Regulation of Regional Security in the Sirius Federal Territory
Annotation
The article considers aspects of ensuring regional security in federal territories. First of all, the problems of introducing the new institution into the legislation of the Russian Federation and its impact on the system of public authorities and their powers to ensure security were investigated. Conclusions are drawn about the prospects for further development of federal legislation, including to improve the effectiveness of ensuring regional security within the framework of the Sirius Federal Territory.
