Legal Issues of Party Building in the Russian Federation in the Context of the 2025 Local Government Reform
Annotation
The article concerns the specifics of constitutional regulation of relations regarding the formation of structural subdivisions of political parties in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, taking into account the local government reform that is being completed in 2025. The author examines potential changes in the role of local and grass-roots branches, as well as possible areas of their activities, including in the context of a public authority vacuum.
