Values in Law, Constitutional Values and Constitutional Legal Relations
Annotation
The article examines the formation of values in law, constitutional values, and the development of constitutional legal relations. The author explores the works of both Russian and foreign scholars on the issue of values in law. Special attention is given to the influence of constitutional values on the formation of constitutional legal relations. As a result, the article concludes that the appeal to the system of values in law is driven by the growing contradictions between the positive law enshrined in current legislation and the objective legal reality. The development of constitutional legal relations is possible only under the conditions of recognition of constitutional values as the basis for the formation of a legal state, and the recognition of natural rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of individuals and citizens. Secular values cannot generate constitutional legal relations, as they contradict the natural nature of human rights and freedoms.
