Annotation

This article, devoted to the constitutional foundations of modern administrative law in the Republic of Uzbekistan, examines constitutional legal principles, in particular, regarding the legal, social, and secular nature of the Republic of Uzbekistan, popular sovereignty, proportionality, the inviolability of honor and dignity of the individual, as well as the constitutional legal foundations of executive power and, in their development, the constitutional legal foundations of control and supervision. In this regard, the author addresses topical issues of administrative law reform, trends in the development of modern administrative law in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as institutions typical for a state governed by the rule of law for controlling the legality of public administration: administrative justice, the system of pre-trial administrative justice, administrative proceedings, and administrative justice.
