This article examines the prospects for a notary to issue an enforcement order based on a contract concluded through implied actions. It outlines the range of issues that arise during the process of issuing an enforcement order. Furthermore, the concept of «implied actions» is explored, the nature and legal status of such actions are revealed, and case law is examined. The author concludes that further development of the legal mechanism for using contracts concluded through implied actions to enable out-of-court debt collection through a notary's enforcement order is necessary.
