Annotation

The article reviews L. I. Broslavsky's monograph "Environmental law: theory and improvement of environmental legislation." M., INFRA-M. 2025. An overall assessment of the monograph is given, as well as individual chapters of the scientific publication are analyzed. It is concluded that L.I. Broslavsky's monograph is a vivid author's statement on a number of topical issues of environmental and other branches of Russian law. One can argue and debate with the opinion of a respected scientist, but the monograph does not leave anyone indifferent, it forces them to reflect, agree, and argue.
