Using the example of constitutional regulation of entrepreneurial relations, the main approaches to understanding the constitutional and legal protection of both the assessment category, which determines both the formation of the legal protection mechanism and the assessment of its effectiveness on the part of legal relations, are formulated. The main criteria for ensuring a high level of legal protection are highlighted: the quality of legal acts, the quality of law enforcement, the formation of legal protection institutions. A conclusion was made about the special place of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in ensuring the constitutional and legal protection of business entities.
