In order to realize the potential of partnership financing in the Russian economic system, special conditions have been developed for its functioning as part of a legal experiment. The experiment on the development of partnership financing in certain regions of the country currently needs to be refined and conflicts need to be resolved in terms of legal regulation. The existing partnership financial institutions in Russia demonstrate that the successful integration of ethical and religious principles into the financial system is an achievable but challenging task, as it involves a number of significant challenges that require a comprehensive approach and coordination of efforts from various stakeholders, including the private sector, government agencies, and society as a whole. In this regard, it is becoming increasingly important to develop comprehensive and consistent legislation that would not only remove existing legal barriers, but also create favorable conditions for the functioning of Islamic financial institutions.
