Conducting an Investigative Examination in the Investigation of Crimes Related to Manifestations of Nazism
Annotation
The article was prepared on the basis of the results obtained in the course of research work at the Moscow Academy of the Investigative Committee named after A.Ya. Sukharev in 2025 on the qualification and investigation of crimes related to the manifestation of Nazism. Based on the studied judicial and investigative practice, it was found that most often in criminal cases of crimes related to the manifestation of Nazism, the means of obtaining criminally significant information are interrogations, investigative examinations (places of incident, objects and documents) and searches; sometimes examinations, excavations and obtaining information about connections between subscribers and/or subscriber devices are carried out; in rare cases, confrontations are held (mainly between the accused and the witness), on-the-spot verification of testimony, control and recording of negotiations. This article examines the features of the investigation during the investigation of crimes related to the manifestation of Nazism with examples of investigative and judicial practice.
