Reform of the Social Security System within the Framework of a New Form of Employment

The article discusses the problem and prospects of developing new forms of employment. The traditional social security system is based on stable employment relationships, which makes it difficult to fully adapt the existing social security system to the reality of flexible work schedules in the new employment model. Addressing the social security issues of flexible-time workers may face significant practical challenges. Currently, employment relationships and social insurance in the new employment model are in a complex interaction. Regardless of whether platform companies use full-time employment relationships or flexible forms of part-time employment, it requires a comprehensive understanding and objective assessment. Therefore, studying new solutions for social security in the new form of employment is of great practical importance.
