The author notes the need for agencies/centers to develop cooperation on trademark registration applications related to specific, promising areas. Issues of intellectual cooperation and the development of digital systems among agencies/centers are currently on the agenda at all levels: international, regional, and national. In this regard, the author concludes that expanding interaction between agencies/centers of the EAEU countries in the process of registering designations as trademarks is a promising direction for considering the development of a unified system for protecting means of individualization within the EAEU
