The Impact of Digitalization of Legal Proceedings on the Stage of Civil Proceedings and the Generation of Case Materials
Annotation
This article discusses the issues of digitalization of case materials and the possible impact of such digitalization on the stages of civil and arbitration proceedings. The issues of electronic document management (EDM) between the court and participants in judicial proceedings are being investigated, taking into account the promising use of artificial intelligence. The current problems of EDM are identified, and ways to resolve them are proposed
