Annotation
The work focuses on analyzing the main parts of court proceedings in civil cases arising from family law relations. Family disputes are one of the most complex and emotionally charged categories of court cases. These proceedings cover a wide range of issues, including divorce, property division, child custody, and alimony obligations. In today's legal system, characterized by constant changes in legislation and an increasing number of court cases, the need to improve the efficiency and fairness of court proceedings is becoming increasingly evident. An analysis of the main stages of the judicial process in family disputes allows us to identify key problems and suggest ways to solve them, which makes this study particularly relevant. The purpose of this work is to study and systematize the main stages of legal proceedings in family disputes. To achieve this goal, the following objectives are set: to examine the features of each stage of the judicial process, to identify the factors that affect the effectiveness and fairness of proceedings, and to propose recommendations for improving judicial practice. These objectives not only contribute to the deepening of theoretical knowledge in this field, but also have practical significance for lawyers, judges, and citizens involved in family disputes
