Legal Regulation of Stablecoins in Russia and Abroad
Annotation
In this article, the authors analyze the legal regulation of stablecoins in Russia and concludes that it is still at the stage of formation. Currently, there is no legislative act that fully defines the legal status and usage of these cryptocurrencies. The authors argue that despite the lack of formal legal recognition, stablecoins are already finding application in various sectors of the economy. This paper also examines the legal regulation of stablecoins in foreign countries
