The key task of the Russian Federation at the present stage is to attract private investment for the purposes of socio-economic development, which necessitates the formation of a favorable investment environment, the creation of procedures for effective interaction of state authorities with private investors. The issues of organizing investment activities are directly related to the need to improve legal regulation in this area. The state pays considerable attention to the issues of attracting investment, implementing investment projects, but a number of problems remain in the field of legal regulation of the implementation of investment projects. The purpose of the article is to consider the system of legal regulation and general forms of the implementation of investment projects and identify problems in this area
