Agile Contract: A Problem-Based Approach
Annotation
The article is devoted to the analysis of the situation that develops when choosing a strategy for contractual activity by lawyers who provide project support. The existing realities of civil law relations and the introduction of flexible methods of project activity based on the philosophy and methods of Agile force the development of new approaches to the conclusion and implementation of contracts. The authors describe the existing need to move away from classical models of civil law contracts in modern project implementation practice. As a result of the study, the authors conclude that it is necessary to include a flexible approach based on an Agile contract in contractual practice, and indicate the difficulties in concluding it and the necessary form
