Comparative Analysis of Foreign Experience in Implementing a Risk-Based Approach in Control and Supervision Activities over Business Entities
Annotation
This article provides a comparative analysis of the unique foreign practices of the European Union, the United States of America, and the People's Republic of China in developing and implementing legal mechanisms based on a risk-oriented approach. The article concludes that these approaches have positive features and can be adopted and adapted in the Russian Federation to improve the implementation of a risk-oriented approach to control and supervision activities
