Insolvency (bankruptcy) is a mechanism of anti-crisis regulations which is used in relation to the wide range of debtors including companies of energy sector. On the basis of the initiative concerning the coal industry insolvency regulations the approach connected with the creation of the coal industry bankruptcy is being criticized. Moreover, the approach connected with the introduction of coal industry insolvency as an independent legal act is denied
