Problems of Implementing the Digital Ruble: Legal Aspects
Annotation
The work is devoted to the analysis of legal and economic problems of the introduction of the digital ruble in the Russian Federation. The current regulatory framework has been analyzed, and key issues related to confidentiality, the stability of the banking system, and the protection of the rights of participants in monetary circulation have been identified. Based on the results of the study, measures are proposed to improve the legal regulation of the digital ruble
