International Experience in Criminal Law Combating Crime Among Illegal Migrants: Current Trends and Challenges
Annotation
This article explores current models of criminal law response to crimes committed by individuals who are in the country in violation of migration laws. The focus is on the evolution of legislative approaches in foreign countries between 2020 and 2025, as well as the analysis of emerging legal conflicts and practical issues in law enforcement. The goal of this research is to identify systemic trends and effective mechanisms for countering this type of criminal activity within the framework of criminal policy. The scientific novelty is based on the latest changes in the legal acts of key recipient countries of migration flows and the doctrinal discussions that have taken place in the academic community.
