The author analyzes the specifics of the impact of the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in recent years on the regulation of monetary obligations for wages and other monetary obligations of the employer. The second part of the article examines individual decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and identifies current trends in the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on constitutional control in the field of labor law.
