Annotation

The article is devoted to the study of the revision of court decisions that have entered into legal force, in the order of supervision. The authors consider supervisory proceedings in civil and arbitration proceedings, highlighting a special kind of such review – filing a supervisory complaint, submission to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (his deputy). Based on the study, special signs of this type of revision of court orders are formulated. The requirements for compliance with which are necessary when preparing a supervisory complaint (submission), the procedure and deadline for their submission to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (his deputy) are summarized.
