Control and Supervision over Biobanks of Samples of Plants and Animals: Regulatory Aspects
Annotation
The article is devoted to the issues of regulatory regulation of the functioning of biobanks of samples taken from plants and animals, as well as their control and supervision. The author examines the issues of state regulation and supervision of biobanks of animals and plants and formulates proposals for improving public administration in this area.
