Planning Activities in the Field of Corruption Combating: Administrative and Legal Aspects
Annotation
The article reveals the administrative legal aspects of planning the activities of government bodies and organizations in the field of combating corruption. The features of the National Strate-gy and the National Anti-Corruption Plan as the main documents in the area under consideration are shown, and the specifics of their impact on the public administration system are examined. Based on a comparative legal analysis of national anti-corruption plans adopted in different peri-ods, the trends inherent in anti-corruption planning are shown, the main problems and areas for improving this activity, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption plans, are identified.
