The article is devoted to the study of prospects for harmonization of labor relations and creation of a common labor market within BRICS. Based on a comprehensive comparative legal analysis, the author identifies key factors determining the development vectors of the labor sphere: integration context (implementation of "soft" integration, prospects of the "integration of integrations" idea), the role of the ILO (project activities, "South-South" project), mechanisms for implementing declarative guidelines (Trade Union Forum, Digital HR Platform, Occupational Safety Network), specifics of national labor law systems. The author believes that despite the polysystemic nature and economic heterogeneity in the labor sphere, BRICS countries should develop a Roadmap for convergence of labor standards and conducting social dialogue. Such a strategy will become the basis for sustainable development of a common labor market and reduction of discrepancies in approaches to regulating cross-border labor relations, atypical forms of employment, and a number of other key issues of labor law. The article substantiates the need for harmonization of labor relations and proposes practical measures for its implementation.
