Annotation

The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on Israeli labor law. It highlights the risks of mass automation, algorithmic discrimination, and violations of workers’ rights to privacy. Special focus is placed on gaps in Israeli legislation and case law. The paper also reviews international approaches (EU, USA) and their possible adaptation. The author proposes reforms to maintain a balance between technological innovation and the protection of workers’ rights.
