The article examines current issues related to implementing employer authority in the context of digitalization. It concludes that digital transformation significantly expands the employer's capabilities. The author argues that, under current conditions, the potential for the employer's rule-making powers increases significantly. It is noted that the lack of legally defined boundaries leads to possible employee rights violations in the context of implementing employer power. It is proposed to establish in law minimum limits for the exercise of employer authority when using technology.
