On the Legal Regulation of Unaccompanied Children's Travel by buses
Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the issue of legal regulation of unaccompanied children's travel on buses, the analysis of related legal acts in the field of passenger transportation by various modes of transport. The author concludes that in all modes of transport, with the exception of automobile, there is a legal regulation of the requirements for the passage of unaccompanied children. The author considers it important to establish a reasonable approach to determining the conditions for unaccompanied minors to travel by road. In relation to such transportation, the approach proposed by the author for discussion is proposed.
