Annotation

Purpose. The study of certain aspects of the training of lawyers, taking into account the tasks facing the higher education system at the current stage of state and society development. The necessity of introducing certain materials prepared on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the works of domestic writers into the process of training legal personnel is substantiated. Methodology. Historical, historical-legal, and cultural analysis, as well as an analysis of the organizational changes necessary for integrating the works of a number of domestic writers into the process of training legal personnel. Conclusions. Skillful involvement in the educational process (through the teaching of an independent academic discipline and (or) the study of individual topics, issues of general professional and other disciplines by lawyers), works of Russian writers (primarily, classics), allows to solve a number of educational tasks, contributes to raising the level of general and legal culture. Scientific and practical significance. The article updates the issues of training lawyers, taking into account the requirements of the latest strategic planning documents. The conclusions can be used in the process of improving the training of legal personnel.
