Problems of Law Enforcement in the Registration of Land Rights by Legal Entities for Communication Facilities and Non-Stationary Retail Objects in the Russian Federation
Annotation
The legislation and judicial practice on the registration by legal entities of rights to lands and land plots in state or municipal ownership for communication facilities and non-stationary commercial facilities and non-stationary commercial facilities are analyzed. Measures are proposed to fill the identified gaps and eliminate contradictions in law enforcement and justice in this area.
