Administrative Acts in the Investigation of Industrial Accidents
Annotation
The article examines the investigation of industrial accidents as a type of administrative activity. Administrative acts are issued during the investigation. These acts have different purposes. Based on this criterion, the article provides a classification of administrative acts issued during the investigation of industrial accidents. The article also describes the characteristics of administrative acts and their features. The article proposes an author's definition of an administrative act issued during the investigation of industrial accidents.
