On Some Issues Arising in Calculating the Warranty Period Established for an Immovable Property Item
Annotation
This article addresses the issues of establishing and calculating the warranty period for a shared construction project and a completed real estate project, taking into account the different legal regulations governing such contractual structures as shared construction participation agreements and sales contracts.
