On the Issue of Introducing the Inter Vivos Gift into Russian Legislation as a Special Object of Inheritance
Annotation
This article analyzes the concept of inheritance Hotchpots. It also addresses issues that arise in Russian judicial practice due to the distinction between gifts and inheritance. Since this article explores the intersection of contractual and inheritance law, two LBC codes and two UDC codes are provided. The work uses sources in English, German, and Polish, witch the author has translated into Russian. The author proposes adopting the concept of inheritance hotchpot into the Russian legal system.
