Annotation

In this article, the author substantiated that the concept of property is multifaceted, and its legal regime depends on the purpose and direction of legal regulation, on the type of legal relations, object and subjects of legal regulation. The author showed that in relation to hereditary legal relations, the category of property is considered as a broader concept than in classical civil law relations, when it comes to the object of civil rights enshrined in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The article revealed that the concept of “property”, on the one hand, acts as a narrower category in relation to objects of civil rights, since it does not include the category of intangible goods, on the other hand, the category of property is broader, since it includes both property rights and property obligations, which are not mentioned in the article on objects of civil rights.
