On the Inevitability of Administrative Liability and Pressing Changes in State Control over Road Safety
Annotation
This article analyzes the current situation with administrative violations in the field of road traffic safety and responsibility for their commission, using the example of some of the most common offenses. A review of international experience in regulating these relations by other countries is also conducted. It is concluded that the future of government control in this area will lie not so much in providing these relations with legislative instruments as with the use of technical means for objective monitoring and the ability of road users to automatically record and transmit information about violations to traffic police, as well as creating conditions that eliminate the very possibility of committing these violations.
