Legal Culture in Tourism (on the Example of Germany)
Annotation
Unlike other sectors of the German economy, the German tourism industry is showing steady development despite a number of restraining factors. This is largely facilitated by the sys-tematic promotion of legal culture in tourism. The article examines legal issues which are of inter-est primarily to the main actors in tourism activities – suppliers and consumers of tourism services. The discussion focuses on the specific features of the German legal culture in tourism and the most significant current legal regulations, as well as measures aimed at improving the legal culture in the tourism industry. The German experience will certainly be useful to all those interested in promoting tourism as an important factor in the development of our country’s economy and im-proving the standard of living of Russian citizens.
