The Legal Regime for Operations with the Digital National Currency of the Russian Federation as a Factor of Ensuring Competitive Environment
Annotation
This Article examines the digital ruble platform as a centrally managed information system and the digital ruble account agreement concluded with platform participants. It argues that this agreement constitutes a mixed contract incorporating agency elements, and demonstrates that mandatory procedural regulation establishes the institutional framework of platform operation within which competitive interaction among credit institutions takes place.
