On the Limitation of the Rights of the Parties under a Commercial Concession Agreement
Annotation
This article provides a brief analysis of the application of restrictive terms of a commercial concession agreement. The analysis touches upon certain legal positions and legal arguments of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the problems of applying antimonopoly immunities to these conditions.
