Novelties in the Regulatory Framework for the Provision of Information by Employees on Income, Expenses, Property and Property-Related Liabilities
Annotation
In 2026, a number of changes came into force aimed at significantly improving the mechanism for providing information on income, expenses, property and property-related liabilities by state and municipal employees. This article examines the implementation of reforms to the legal framework governing this mechanism. Аre analyzed the reasons that prompted the legislator to make the relevant changes, the nature and focus of the amendments, and the predictable results.
