As global challenges and various threats increase for the Russian Federation, the implementation of an effective customs policy becomes increasingly important, as it is the primary regulator of a country's foreign economic activities. Supply chains are becoming more complex, trade is increasing, and Russia is facing new challenges. In this rapidly changing reality, customs services must adapt to new conditions by implementing modern technologies and optimizing processes. The mechanism of customs policy is formed from a set of various institutions that participate in its implementation. That is, it is a formed system of political, economic, and other organizational measures in the field of customs affairs, which are aimed at protecting the state's foreign economic and domestic interests for the effective implementation of socio-economic transformations in the country and on the overall political situation.
