Current Trends and Legal Mechanisms for Combating Currency Violations in the Russian Federation: An Analysis and Recommendations
Annotation
This article examines the impact of sanctions measures implemented by Western countries on the achievement of strategically sustainable development goals in the field of foreign trade and imports of the Russian Federation. It analyzes how sanctions contribute to the reorientation of foreign economic activity at the legislative level, which stimulates domestic production and the successful adaptation of the country to international sanctions. This work identifies the need to intensify cooperation between the state and the commercial sector to achieve key integration goals - ensuring free movement of goods, services, capital and labor, which will reduce the level of violations in the field of currency regulation and reduce the number of cases of bringing to justice in administrative and criminal cases of participants in foreign economic activity. Today, one of the key problems in the field of international trade is the interaction of sanctions with the most important institutions of international private law. These factors have a significant impact on the development of both international and domestic economic relations, especially when concluding contracts in international commercial activities.
