The Rule of Law as the “Motherhood and Apple Pie of China’s Development Economy”

Annotation

In this work, the authors continue a series of articles devoted to the relationship between the rule of law and economic development in competitive countries of the world. In the previous article, this topic was covered in relation to South Korea. Its example was obviously followed by China. Despite the presence of many similar features with Korea, China also has many original ones, due to specific local features. However, this, - in the opinion of the authors, - firstly, - did not prevent China from becoming the second economy in the world; secondly, it testifies to the presence of a powerful reserve potential in this country for much more intensive economic growth, in which the prospects for the universal establishment of the principle of the rule of law occupy the largest share. The material of the article, - in the opinion of the authors, - contains very useful experience for the purposes of accelerated innovative development of the economy of the Russian Federation.
