Analog Anomalies of the Digital State
Annotation
The article examines the impact of digitalization on public relations and the state, noting the blurring of classical features of the state under the influence of digital technologies. The author analyzes the transformation of the concept of sovereignty into technological sovereignty, as well as changes in the monetary system with the advent of cryptocurrencies. It is emphasized that despite the positive aspects of digitalization, such as automation and increased accessibility, new challenges are also emerging. The article introduces the concept of "analog anomalies" as deviations from the digital form associated with the inability to fully represent human activity with discrete data. The author notes that with digitalization, important situational and contextual components such as morality, religion, traditions and customs are lost. It is emphasized that the digital profile of the subject of legal relations cannot be completely identical to the real subject, which raises questions about the degree of significance of these inconsistencies and the need to take them into account in law enforcement activities. In conclusion, it is noted the importance of taking into account analog anomalies in law enforcement to ensure the completeness, comprehensiveness and objectivity of the law enforcement act.
