Annotation

The article is devoted to the problems of formation of law enforcement practice on the basis of the law-forming activity of the state, which is a threefold category. The modern development of law enforcement practice indicates the need to stabilize Russian legislation on the basis of the formation of uniform law enforcement and law interpretation practices, which in the system represent the law-forming activities of the state.
